How to build your first 100 subscribers. Start with your Instagram followers — announce a waitlist and pin the link. Then add it to every Reel caption, every story, every DM reply when someone asks how to order. A simple form asking for name and email is all you need. Don't overthink the tool; focus on the ask.

What to do once people sign up. The worst mistake is silence. Send a welcome email immediately. Send an update every 2–3 weeks — a sneak peek, a flavor announcement, a behind-the-scenes. Keep them warm. The subscribers who forget they signed up are the ones who don't open your launch email.
